Without falling away from our morals, by using the products from our geography, we are creating a new alphabet for Turkish cuisine and reinterpreting the tastes we are familiar to, in a modern, elegant and simple way. The Chef's Signature Tasting Menu consists of 13 steps and other surprises. (The experience lasts approximately 3 hours)
À la carte options are not available.
To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we allow group reservations of up to 5 people at a single table.
Due to the daily use of micro-seasonal products in our menu, we are unable to remove ingredients like onions, garlic, milk, and dairy products from our dishes. Therefore, we do not offer vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free (Celiac) menus.
