Reservation & Pre-Payment Policy

To secure your booking and to ensure only freshly prepared ingredients are used for each course, a deposit of 4.900TL per person is required within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

*TURK Fatih Tutak 12 course tasting menu experience is priced at 9.900TL/per guest.

*All prices are inclusive of VAT.

*A 12% additional service charge is added at the end of the experience to all food & beverage items.

Kindly note that reservations are not confirmed until the booking form is submitted and you have received a confirmation email. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, a maximum of 5 people per booking are allowed on a single table.

Beverage Choice

*Wine Pairing

A carefully curated wine pairing is available to complement the flavours of each course of Chef’s Tasting menu. The wine pairing includes seven distinct wines that highlight the diverse terroir of Turkey and its rich tapestry. Priced at 6.500TL/per person.

*Artisanal Pairing (No alcohol)

A non-alcoholic Artisanal beverage pairing is also available to complement each course. This includes six non-alcoholic and homemade beverages created in harmony with the tasting menu. Priced at 2900TL/per person.

*Signature & Barrel Aged Cocktails

A creative selection of TURK homemade signature cocktails is available representing all major regions of the Turkish terroir. Each cocktail is crafted with distinct flavor profiles with strong emphasis on infusions.

*Wine List

A wine list is available with over 490 international and local labels, including local wine by the glass options.

*A 12% additional service charge is added at the end of the experience to all food & beverage items.

Dietary Adjustments Policy

*Due to daily micro seasonal changes, please do note we are not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian diets, lactose intolerances, and gluten allergies (Celiac). Also note, our tasting menu emphasizes on seafood and fish produce, which we are unable to remove.

*Other adjustments related to special dietaries must be informed during the reservation or in advance to our Guest Relations team via [email protected] or via WhatsApp +90 530 051 83 04 for further confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation policy is in place to protect the business from no shows as well as to ensure only fresh ingredients are used on a daily basis for our guests. As a result, this helps us also avoid food waste, a fundamental action in line with the sustainability goals of TURK.

*Cancellations are only valid if done via email at [email protected] or via phone at +90 530 051 83 04.

*Cancellations made 72 hours (or less) before the reservation date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund of the pre-payment.

*Reducing the size of your group booking (e.g from 5 to 4 guests) within less than 72 hours notice, will incur a “No-show” fee of the amount of 4900 TL per person.

*Cancellations made 72 hours (or more) before the reservation date will receive a full refund of the respective pre-payment.

*Changing the reservation date after the cancellation deadline period (72 hours) constitutes a late cancellation and therefore the pre-payment cannot be re-used at a later date.

*By submitting a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set out by the Cancellation Policy.

Dress Code

*TURK Fatih Tutak dress code is semi-formal. For men, we require attire with a collar and long trousers. *Shorts, sports attire, tracksuits, hoodies, caps, and flip flops are not allowed.

Special Occasions

*Hospitality exists to create memorable and everlasting experiences. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please inform our Guest Relations team during the reservation process.

*Should you wish to purchase a gift voucher for the TURK experience for another person, kindly contact our Guest Relations department.

Payment

*The pre-payment made via online reservation will be deducted from the final bill.

*All payments are to be made in the country’s currency, Turkish Lira (TL) either via credit card or cash only.

Restaurant Concept(Slow Dining)

*Chef Signature Tasting Menu consists of 12 courses and other surprises (Slow Dining – please, allow 200 minutes for the duration of the experience).

*À la carte options are not available.

*Requests for faster experiences will not be accommodated, as Chef and his team ensure each dish is carefully curated before arriving at your table. The experience is curated to be enjoyed as slow dining.

*Water, coffee and Tea are included in the tasting menu experience.

Age Requirements

*TURK accommodates little ones of 12 years of age and above who are able to enjoy Chef’s signature tasting menu.

*A kids menu is not available.

Corkage Policy

*Our guests are welcome to bring up to two bottles of wine, sparkling wine, sake, or hard liquor (75cl and below) per party.

*Our corkage fee is 3000TL / per 75cl bottle.

Booking of Chef's Table at Turk

* Booking Chef’s Table is an option upon availability during the reservation process.

*Chef’s table is located directly in front of our kitchen as a counter. Chef’s Table is able to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests each evening. Should you wish to experience and see the kitchen team in action during your visit, this is a great option.

*Single-person bookings are only available at Chef’s Table upon availability.
